G\u00e9rard Cuvilliez, second adjoint (a donn\u00e9 procuration \u00e0 Mme Gis\u00e8le Juanole), Mme S\u00e9verine Margalef, conseill\u00e8re (a donn\u00e9 procuration \u00e0 Mme Pierrette Juanole-D\u00e9moulin)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9union est ouverte \u00e0 10h45<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>D\u00e9lib\u00e9ration location annuelle g\u00eete N\u00b0 3<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le bail concernant la location du g\u00eete N\u00b03 a \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9 par la Mairie et la locataire le 16 avril. Cependant, ce bail a fait l\u2019objet d\u2019une demande d\u2019annulation par la locataire ce jour, mardi 20 avril \u00e0 8h45, par message t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique et SMS, pour cause de force majeure.<\/p>\n<p>Le Conseil Municipal propose\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>De ne pas d\u00e9lib\u00e9rer sur cette question,<\/li>\n<li>De conserver les 175 \u20ac vers\u00e9s par la locataire, correspondant \u00e0 la moiti\u00e9 du mois,<\/li>\n<li>De rendre le ch\u00e8que de caution \u00e0 la locataire apr\u00e8s remise des cl\u00e9s<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le Conseil Municipal apr\u00e8s avoir d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9 et \u00e0 l\u2019unanimit\u00e9 des pr\u00e9sents\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Approuve<\/strong> cette proposition<\/li>\n<li><strong>Autorise<\/strong> Mme le Maire \u00e0 signer toutes les pi\u00e8ces relatives \u00e0 ce dossier<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>D\u00e9lib\u00e9ration de remboursement \u00e0 un \u00e9lu sur avance d\u2019achat de mat\u00e9riaux<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Remboursement \u00e0 un \u00e9lu de 121,48 \u20ac correspondant \u00e0 l\u2019achat de petit mat\u00e9riel (corni\u00e8res en inox et tiges filet\u00e9es).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le Conseil Municipal apr\u00e8s avoir d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9 et \u00e0 l\u2019unanimit\u00e9 des pr\u00e9sents\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Approuve<\/strong> le remboursement<\/li>\n<li><strong>Autorise<\/strong> Mme le Maire \u00e0 signer toutes les pi\u00e8ces relatives \u00e0 ce dossier<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>D\u00e9lib\u00e9ration de remboursement \u00e0 un agent sur avance d\u2019achat de mat\u00e9riaux divers<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Remboursement \u00e0 un agent de 88,52 \u20ac correspondant \u00e0 l\u2019achat de mat\u00e9riaux divers<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le Conseil Municipal apr\u00e8s avoir d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9 et \u00e0 l\u2019unanimit\u00e9 des pr\u00e9sents\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Approuve<\/strong> le remboursement<\/li>\n<li><strong>Autorise<\/strong> Mme le Maire \u00e0 signer toutes les pi\u00e8ces relatives \u00e0 ce dossier<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>D\u00e9lib\u00e9ration et discussion sur loyer mois d\u2019avril et mai du multiple rural<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Compte tenu des d\u00e9cisions gouvernementales li\u00e9es \u00e0 la situation sanitaire, qui sont (sous r\u00e9serve d\u2019\u00e9volution de la situation sanitaire):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fin du confinement d\u00e9but mai<\/li>\n<li>Ouverture des restaurants en terrasse \u00e0 partir du 15 mai,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Le Conseil Municipal propose\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>D\u2019accorder \u00e0 Mme Pitaval, g\u00e9rante du Multiple rural, la gratuit\u00e9 du loyer pour le mois d\u2019avril,<\/li>\n<li>De demander \u00e0 Mme Pitaval la moiti\u00e9 du loyer du mois de mai, soit 150 \u20ac<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Le Conseil Municipal apr\u00e8s avoir d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9 et \u00e0 l\u2019unanimit\u00e9 des pr\u00e9sents\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Approuve<\/strong> cette proposition<\/li>\n<li><strong>Autorise<\/strong> Mme le Maire \u00e0 signer toutes les pi\u00e8ces relatives \u00e0 ce dossier<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>D\u00e9lib\u00e9ration changement de contrat en CIU de l\u2019agent contractuel<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le Conseil Municipal propose le changement du contrat actuel de M. Philippe Dumoulin en CIU (Contrat d\u2019Insertion Unique). P\u00f4le Emploi offre en effet la possibilit\u00e9 de contrats aid\u00e9s, permettant le financement sur une p\u00e9riode d\u2019un an de 80% du salaire de l\u2019employ\u00e9 (les charges patronales sont toujours \u00e0 la charge de la Mairie). Deux formations sont obligatoires dans le cadre de ce type de contrat.<\/p>\n<p>Le contrat de M.
