Claude Font, conseiller (ont donn\u00e9 procuration)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">La r\u00e9union est ouverte \u00e0 10h30<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Pr\u00e9ambule<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La nouvelle ann\u00e9e a commenc\u00e9 tristement, marqu\u00e9e par trois disparitions\u00a0: celles de Mesdames Marguerite Capallera et Annie Capallera, m\u00e8re et fille, toutes deux respectivement m\u00e8re et s\u0153ur de nos amis Jean Paul et Pierre Capallera, celle de Madame Val\u00e9rie Marchand fille de nos amis Nicole et Michel Marchand et maman de Chlo\u00e9 et Charles. A ces familles, toutes tr\u00e8s attach\u00e9es \u00e0 notre village, \u00e0 tous leurs proches, nous pr\u00e9sentons nos sinc\u00e8res condol\u00e9ances et les assurons de notre profonde sympathie.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>D\u00e9lib\u00e9ration sur le contrat de concession de service du Multiple Rural (d\u00e9l\u00e9gation de service Public)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le Conseil Municipal a examin\u00e9 la derni\u00e8re mise \u00e0 jour du contrat de D\u00e9l\u00e9gation de Service Public pour l\u2019exploitation du Multiple Rural de Laman\u00e8re (bar, restaurant, commerce de premi\u00e8re n\u00e9cessit\u00e9)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le Conseil Municipal apr\u00e8s avoir d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9 et \u00e0 l\u2019unanimit\u00e9 des pr\u00e9sents:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Approuve <\/strong>la derni\u00e8re version du contrat de D\u00e9l\u00e9gation de Service Public pour l\u2019exploitation du Multiple Rural de Laman\u00e8re,<\/li>\n<li><strong>Autorise <\/strong>Mme le Maire \u00e0 signer toutes les pi\u00e8ces relatives \u00e0 ce dossier<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>D\u00e9lib\u00e9ration pour la publication de cet avis de concession sur le journal des Annonces L\u00e9gales permettant la publication de plusieurs offres concurrentes<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Le Conseil Municipal a examin\u00e9 le texte de l\u2019avis d&#8217;appel public \u00e0 la concurrence pour une D\u00e9l\u00e9gation de Service Public concernant l&#8217;exploitation du Multiple Rural de Laman\u00e8re.
